Customer satisfaction is paramount to us.

We fully appreciate that we are only as good as our last job and therefore always try our best to meet your expectations.

We carry on a continuous customer satisfaction survey, using a simple reply-paid card that is left after all visits. We appreciate that part of the reason you use our services is to save you time and that filling in a form is not high on your list!

However if we do not ask we are unable to monitor the effectiveness of our services.

To add a small incentive to returning these forms we have a monthly prize draw, where all returned forms are entered into a Prize Draw. The first one pulled ‘out of the hat’ wins a free gift, either a bouquet of flowers or a boxed set of wine depending on your preference.

You may regard this as bribery or a gimmick but we honestly need to know what you think of our services. Any feedback is good for us.

And yes, all replies are entered into the draw!
